We determined that Credit Check requests were sent to CDK when the Customer Number was blank, resulting in inaccurate responses from CDK. There is no need for a credit check if there is no customer number. We have added a rule so that the Credit Check will only execute when the Customer or the Bill To Customer number fields are populated.
An alert icon that says "Customer number is missing; add it to ensure account-specific pricing, credit status, and export to RO" will now be displayed in cases when the customer's number is not populated. This alert will also apply if the Bill To customer differs from the Customer and does not have a customer number populated or if the customer number is blank for both the Customer and the Bill To customer.
