Guide to Operation Correction Field Updates

Enabling the Correction Field on Decisiv 

Configuration for Operation Correction is available for users with manager permissions. To modify this setting, the user will need to navigate to the Admin section by clicking the link found in the top right corner of the screen. Once in the Administration Tools section, click the Customize your DB link then Location Information. On the Location information page, click on the third tab labeled Features.

Enable Operation Correction in Case Export (CDK only)  can be found on the right column on the features page, below the Include Notes in the Export Files. Enabling the selection to Yes will then send the Correction to CDK during RO Export.

Once selected click Save Changes button. 

Using the feature

When enabled, the Operation Correction field will pass to CDK during the Export Case to RO process, AND will overwrite the story in CDK.
