The CASE INFO (VMRS) tab of the Viewing Case page contains any pertinent contacts, location data, and VMRS coding information.
Much of the information on the Case Info (VMRS) tab is pre-populated based on the information entered in the initial service request. If any of the case information needs to be updated later in the case, it can be done in this section.
To access CASE INFO (VMRS) for a case:
- Search for and select your case to open it for viewing.
- Near the top of the Viewing Case page, click the CASE INFO (VMRS) radio button.
If an estimate or approval request is already created, the radio button tabs will appear below that.
Driver/Location
This section includes the exact location of the breakdown as well as the city and state if this information was included in the initial service request.
After you enter or edit any information in this section, click SAVE CHANGES from the top right of the page or the bottom of the page.
Primary Contact
This section contains the current primary contact name and email for the asset.
If the driver of the asset is also the primary contact, select the (same as driver) checkbox.
After you enter or edit any information in this section, click SAVE CHANGES from the top right of the page or the bottom of the page.
Related Assets
This section contains related assets that were entered on the initial service request.
If the related asset is a trailer, you can use the dropdown menu to add whether the trailer is loaded or not.
After you enter or edit any information in this section, click SAVE CHANGES from the top right of the page or the bottom of the page.
VMRS Coding
This section includes any VMRS coding that was sent with the initial service request as well as any modifications made by the service location.
After you enter or edit any information in this section, click SAVE CHANGES from the top right of the page or the bottom of the page.
