If you're experiencing problems with an application, your browser cookies/background data may be the cause. As a first step, you can try clearing your cookies to remove the error.
Instructions for doing so depends on the browser you use.
Select your browser below to see instructions for how to clear your cookies for that browser.
Internet Explorer
To clear your cookies in Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the top-right of the window, click the gear icon.
- Select Internet Options.
- On the General tab under the Browsing History section, click Delete….
- In the new Delete Browsing History window, select the following as shown in the image:
- Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies and website data
- Tracking Protection, ActiveX Filtering and Do Not Track.
- Click Delete.
After you clear your cookies, log out and back in again, then attempt to complete your task again.
Google Chrome
To clear your cookies in Google Chrome:

Click the three-dot icon in the top right of the Chrome window, next to the profile picture icon.

Choose More Tools from the menu.

Click Clear Browsing Data...
-
The Settings page will open in a new tab, with a Clear browsing data menu. Ensure the Time Range is set to "All Time", and the 3 checkboxes are selected.
- Click Clear data and wait for the page to indicate that the process is complete
- Re-attempt to utilize the desired feature
Safari
To clear your cookies in Safari, do the following:

Click Safari in the upper left menu.

Choose Preferences... from the menu.

Click Privacy in the next window, then click Manage Website Data...

Click Remove All under the list of websites

Click Remove Now on the next window.
-
The list of websites should now be gone. Click Done.
- Re-attempt to utilize the desired feature.
Mozilla Firefox
To clear your cookies in Firefox, do the following:

Click the three-line icon in the top right of the Firefox window, next to the profile picture icon

Choose Preferences from the menu.

Click Privacy & Security on the left-hand side of the page.

Search or scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Click on Clear Data...
-
Ensure both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked.
- Click Clear and wait for the page to indicate that the process is complete.
- Re-attempt to utilize the desired feature.
