News about the application, links to help center articles/videos, and upcoming training sessions are found on the Portal page. You can access the Portal from any page in the platform by clicking Portal on the top right of the page.
Near the top of the Portal page, below the My Locations section is the News section. The News section lists any important links and major platform updates or releases.
Check back with the News section regularly as there are often new updates posted.
At the bottom of the Portal page is the Upcoming Trainings section.
The Upcoming Trainings section lists the upcoming training sessions for the next few months. A typical training session is 1 hour long and covers the basics of managing a case throughout the repair process.
To register for a particular training session:
- Click the training link for the desired date.
- You will automatically be taken to a registration page where you can fill out your details for the session.
