Case 8.2.0 - January 2025

For this Release, we have the following enhancements/fixes:

• Warranty & Goodwill Operations - Customers viewing Warranty and Goodwill operations on estimates will now see Parts and Labor pricing displayed as $0.00.
• Operation Additional Charges Fix (CDK Locations) - We have implemented a fix to ensure that operations with additional charges containing symbols will export correctly for CDK locations.

Warranty & Goodwill Operations:

Providers advised that customers were confused when viewing Warranty and Goodwill operations on estimates, as they saw pricing associated with Labor and Parts, even though the overall price was $0.00. This issue has been corrected in the 8.2.0 release. Customers viewing Warranty and Goodwill operations on estimates will now see both Parts and Labor pricing displayed as $0.00, in addition to the overall price.

Operation Additional Charges Fix (CDK Locations):

Previously, when operations involving the additional charges category field included symbols, they did not export properly to CDK. This issue has been resolved in the Case 8.2.0 release, and the fix specifically applies to locations integrated with CDK.
