This release is primarily focused on longer term projects and back-end continuous improvements.  In addition to that, we have the following enhancement:

Attachments - Support for .heic file types

Recently, some newer Apple and Android devices have introduced .HEIC as a new photo/image file type. A .HEIC file is a "High-Efficiency Image Container" file. Users are having to convert those types of files to be .JPEG or other file types in order to attach photos to cases. We have deployed an enhancement so that users are now able to attach .HEIC files to cases directly.
